Whats the best digital camera I can buy?

I wanted a digital camera for Christmas, in baby blue, or silver.
But, I want the camera to be able to record videos, and take pictures .
I want it to be chargeable, and not battery opperated.
And I dont want to go higher than 200+ so whats the best one for my needs?

If you want the body in blue, you can take a look of Canon SD1100 IS. It is a 8 megapixel camera with image stabilization. If you like silver, you can take a look of Canon SD790 IS. 10 megapixels and image stabilization. Both use Li-ion batteries.

I’m not sure if it charges like that or if you have to take the battery out first, but it seems like you can charge it just like that without doing so.
