I was wondering if there was any other FTA satellites that are available in USA have arabic channels. Could you give me a list of satellites that offer free programming in the Northeast USA? Lyngsat’s website is confusing.

I have a Toshiba Satellite laptop, and I just bought the S videa cable last night, along with the Y audio cable. I plugged everything in, and nothing worked. Is there a special sequence I need to go through on either the computer or the television, or something else I’m missing here?

I have come across some websites offering direct Satellite TV access to channels which can normally be viewed on TV. How legitimate are they? Also, how do you determine as to which Internet TV sites are the best ones? Please guide me on this.

There are so many sites offering Satellite TV on your PC, for a low one time fee (generally to USD) This seems too good to be true, does anyone have any ideas, tips or recommendations? I want to watch movies, television shows, etc. on my PC.

Is this for real or just another scam to get your info? If not how is it working for you? Was it worth it and did you find it was safe for your computer system? I like the idea but, I’m not sure about this.

has anyone ever downloaded or brought any satellite tv for your pc software which is offered on the internet, offerring anywhere from 1,000 to 3,000 channels, and if so does it show a good picture or does it work like the crap you get on your cell (streaming clips every few seconds) or does it show like regular tv (satellite quality).

My family just bough a 42inch flat screen LCD TV, but we don’t have cable or anything yet, so right now we’re searching for the best provider. Any ideas would be greatly accepted. Thanks

I just got a tv with a built in HD tuner. I live in an apartment complex in LA that doesn’t have cable. However, I can get DirecTV using the big dish on top of the building. That dish is not configured for HD. Beause neither cable or satellite is avialable to me, I bought an HD antenna from Circuity City. I was hoping that I can watch a few local HD channels (like KNBC, KABC, etc). The regular channel for KABC is channel 7. Do I have to tune into a different channel for its HD version? Right now, when I tune into regular channel 7, it looks like plain old (snowy) analog.

I’m willing to pay for the locked channels to unlock them, however I don’t know any TV networks to subscribe with, across Europe. You can’t subscribe to SKY Digital out of Britain, and I’m not willing to subscribe with it through web-sites that offer SKY Digital out of Britain, because they’re too expensive. So, what are the tv networks that are availabe across Europe to subscribe with? (Providing that the channels have an English Language)

I just install a program on my Computer which has a Monthly Fee (No Spyware of any of that either), then I can access TV Stations all around the world, like Cartoon Network, XY, TNT, BBC America, Sci-Fi Channel, etc. I live in Canada so I can’t get it on my TV, but what is a good website that offers this service?

Ok, this thing is 19yrs old, sitting on my roof rusting, is made of iron, black in color, and has a diameter of 8 feet. It still works with the special cable service it uses (not direct tv or any of that other crap regular people use) but we just don’t want it on our house anymore.

Anyone know of a service that may take it away for free or any kind of business that’ll take it off my hands?

I tried to get Satellite TV for my home. But, it turns out that on East Coast of USA, I can only get signal from southwest. I tried to see if Cable offers similar hindi or desi channels, but, they do not offer a good ones. Hence, I need some TV box receiver (like tv-desi.com has) that offers TV via normal broadband internet.. Any ideas are highly appreciated.
