		<description>You might have to change the access way to the IP address followed with /username to gain access since the site is still being configured.  Then again you may just have to give them the typical 48 to 72 hours to finish things on their end.  Many times the files are saved to the server but not accessible until they are ready for you to send traffic to the site.  Hope this helps</description>
