i just bought an asus u50f laptop and it has tablet features? can it be a tablet pc?

under the start menu all programs accessories there are tablet pc options and i triswivelinging the screen and such but i cant see how it would be a tablet so i was wondering if anyone had any info on why there are these features

It is not a tablet. Those features must come standard with windows 7
